Position Title: Sales Executive - EUROPE

Position Description:

To support and accelerate our growth, Texada is seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team in Europe. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to drive the sales of Texada’s industry leading SaaS products throughout Europe. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual with a demonstrated history of excellence who desires to work alongside a world-class team of subject matter experts, sales and marketing professionals, and technologists to improve the future of heavy equipment rental and dealers.

Work location and travel: Europe based

Travel: up to 30%

How you will be contributing

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify key targets across the region.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads and prospects based on their needs, buying timeline, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by effectively managing leads and opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product presentations and high level demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections to build trust and confidence in the product's capabilities.
  • Customize product presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and quotes that address customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

Account Management and Customer Success:

  • Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the products.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM systems.
  • Generate regular sales reports, including pipeline status, accurate sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

What we are hoping to find in your background

  • 5+ years of experience in meeting targets in a quota driven, revenue generating role
  • Strong aptitude for learning systems and communicating that knowledge to prospects in an easily understandable manner.
  • Domain expertise in the heavy equipment dealer and/or rental space.
  • Exceptional oral communication skills, with the ability to present compelling and persuasive presentations to heavy equipment dealer and rental executives.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to excel in cross-functional environments working across different internal disciplines including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation.
  • Strong prospecting skills with an understanding of how to prioritize a prospect list.
  • Fluent in English and German; knowledge of French is an advantage.
