Position Overview:

Texada Software is seeking a Director of Professional Services. The Professional Services Director will be a key leader in our Customer Organization managing our team of highly skilled Product Consultants, overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, & continuous improvement of service delivery processes. You will have a proven track record in managing and scaling professional services teams who are delivering SaaS products globally.

This role reports to our Chief Customer Officer and collaborates with multiple departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Product & Finance.

Work location and travel

This position is remote/hybrid. Our home office is located in Mississauga, ON. While there are no regular office days, there may be meetings you would be expected to attend in the office.

How you will be contributing

  • You will develop and execute the professional services strategy to support the company's growth objectives.
  • You will manage the professional services team, including hiring, training, and performance management of a seasoned team of billable consultants with deep subject matter expertise.
  • You will oversee project management processes to ensure timely and successful delivery of product implementations to clients.
  • You will monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consultant utilization, product competency, project quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and service delivery.
  • You will establish and maintain best practices for project management and service delivery, including methodologies, training, tools, and documentation.
  • You will foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that client needs are at the forefront of service delivery.
  • You will provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of new services and offerings.
  • You will build strong relationships with clients, seeking feedback and addressing concerns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

What we are hoping to find in your background

  • You bring 10+ years of experience building & scaling service delivery teams for enterprise SaaS software with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and performance manage seasoned teams of subject matter experts to achieve continuous improvement globally.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are highly adaptable to change and take a proactive approach to problem-solving, managing workflow to meet deadlines & deliver high quality results.
  • You operate with a partner mindset and are a believer in embedding a customer centric approach to everything you do.
  • You know that details matter and love digging into the data to understand where we’ve been and where we can go in the future.
